The TouchPoint Scorecard

The TouchPoint Scorecard is customizable. Each of the Touchpoints can be changed to fit with your business. There are five versions below, choose the version that is the closest fit to your business and then personalize and then click “DOWNLOAD” below your chosen Scorecard.

You will need Adobe Reader to open and use The TouchPoint Scorecard.

The Cleaning & Restoration TouchPoint Scorecard
Choose this Scorecard if you have a Home Service Business such as Renovating, Blind Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning.

The Pharmacy TouchPoint Scorecard
Choose this Scorecard if you have a Medical Business such as Chiropractic, Dental, Medical Clinic.

The Professional Services TouchPoint Scorecard
Choose this Scorecard if you have a Professional Service Business such as Accounting, Bookkeeping, Law Firm, Financial Planner.

The Retail TouchPoint Scorecard
Choose this Scorecard if you have a Storefront or Internet-based Retail Business such as Hardware, Clothing, Jewellery, Electronics.

Choose this Scorecard if you have a Personal Service Business such as Bed & Breakfast, Hair Salon, Resort.
